HR integration and onboarding automation. deeploi is directly connected to Personio. When a new hire is confirmed, Carlo receives an automatic onboarding alert in the platform. He simply selects the device and assigns the new team member to a predefined bundle that includes the required software set. New joiners now start their first day with accounts, access, and devices automatically prepared.

Device standardization. Hardware is assigned to team-specific bundles. These bundles define which applications and configurations are installed automatically. Devices are registered, set up, and linked to the respective user before day one, creating a consistent and repeatable onboarding experience across the company.

MDM and security structure. deeploi introduced a structured MDM setup aligned with ISO 27001 requirements. Devices are now centrally managed and controlled, creating transparency and security across the fleet.
