Terms & Conditions: Podcast campaign
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to the discount promotion as part of the podcast campaign by deeploi GmbH (hereinafter referred to as ‘deeploi’).
The promotion is aimed exclusively at companies that submit a request to book an annual contract via the podcast promotion page on deeploi.io.
The promotion is run by deeploi GmbH and is not affiliated with the podcast Startup Insider or its operators.
The podcast accepts no liability for the implementation of the promotion or the fulfilment of deeploi's contractual services.
2. Eligibility
All companies that conclude a new annual contract for deeploi’s IT management platform are eligible to participate.
The promotion does not apply to contract renewals or existing ongoing contracts.
3. Promotion Period
The discount promotion applies to all inquiries submitted during the period from February 23, 2026, to April 30, 2026.
deeploi reserves the right to modify the promotion period or terminate the promotion at any time.
4. Discount
Participating companies receive a 10% discount on the first annual contract.
The discount will be automatically applied to the invoice after the contract has been concluded.
Cash payment or transfer of the discount to third parties is excluded.
5. Contract Conclusion
The discount promotion only becomes effective upon conclusion of a valid annual contract.
Submitting an inquiry for the promotion does not constitute a binding contractual offer. deeploi reserves the right to reject inquiries.
6. Additional Conditions
The promotion cannot be combined with other special offers, discounts, or vouchers from deeploi.
In the event of contract withdrawal, cancellation, or non-payment, the entitlement to the discount expires.
deeploi assumes no liability for technical or content-related errors on the website.
7. Data Protection
Data collected as part of the promotion will be used exclusively to process the inquiry and to execute the contract.

8. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
