Overview
• Limited first-level support from a small external IT partner and manual device tracking created operational overhead and compliance risk.
• Company-wide admin access did not align with TISAX security requirements and needed to be addressed as part of the compliance process.
• deeploi’s IT-as-a-Service platform provided centralized management, automated inventory tracking and professional support.
IT Challenge
When Niklas Raudies joined acterience as their IT specialist in January 2024, the company was at a turning point. As a growing automotive consulting firm, acterience needed an IT setup that could scale alongside the business and support rising security and compliance requirements.
Before partnering with deeploi, acterience worked with a small external IT provider. “The support just didn’t scale anymore,” Niklas explains. As demand increased, first-level issues often went unresolved, and internal teams had to step in, taking time away from their primary responsibilities.
Core IT infrastructure, such as mobile device management, automated inventory tracking or centralized software deployment hadn’t been introduced yet. Device assignments were managed manually through shared Confluence pages. “We tracked which device belonged to whom manually. It was a pain,” remembers Niklas.
Another priority was improving security and compliance. All employees had local admin rights at the time, which conflicted with the standards required for TISAX certification, essential for serving clients in the automotive sector.
Solution with deeploi
deeploi provided acterience with a full-service IT foundation from day one.
• Centralized inventory & security management. deeploi provides real-time visibility into device status, enrollment and compliance. “It’s pretty easy for us now to check who has which device and if everything is as it should be,” Niklas explains.
• Admin rights revoked & compliance secured. All local admin accounts were removed remotely, significantly boosting security, without any workload for internal teams. As Niklas says, “The removal of all the existing local admin accounts from all of the users, which we gladly had nothing to do with — it has been basically zero effort from our side.”
• Simplified onboarding & device procurement. Device procurement is now fully integrated into the onboarding process. HR places orders for new hires using deeploi’s onboarding forms, and IT team can easily request device upgrades if needed.

• Сertifications & audits. Compliance documentation is now automatic and audit-ready. “The central inventory system is a big help when we have audits or certifications — we don’t have to check if it’s the correct data set anymore,” shares Niklas.
Outcome
• 50% reduction in internal IT workload.

• ~10 hours per week saved for Niklas, allowing more time for high-impact work. “People are also able to get help more independently, especially when I’m out.”
• Stronger security and compliance. “There’s never been a time where devices weren’t protected,” Niklas says.
• Audits are no longer stressful — documentation is always up to date and accessible.
• Fast and reliable IT Support. As Niklas explains, “The fact that I don’t need to write emails or chase anyone is a huge plus. The hotline is there, the ticket system is there. It takes pressure off of me.”
